The Davis Polk Leadership Initiative helps students become leaders in their careers and their lives. Through courses, fellowship and grant opportunities, programming, and coaching, the Leadership Initiative enables students to exercise self-awareness, identify values and goals, tackle complex challenges, empower collaborative groups to achieve collective aims, and have meaningful impact in the public and private sectors.

This groundbreaking lawyer-leadership initiative is supported by a generous founding grant from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. With the support of the firm, the Law School has developed an integrated series of courses, workshops, fellowships, grants, and mentorship opportunities that allow for in-depth learning in innovative ways.
