The Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration is designed to further the teaching and study of international arbitration, building on Columbia Law School’s well-established expertise in this growing legal practice.

Founded in 2012, the Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration was established with the intention to serve as a think tank for advanced theory and practice, a center that integrates the law and practice of international arbitration with related participants and stakeholders in the field, and much more.
